Picture-perfect weather complimented a festive atmosphere in Elsmore Saturday for the 50th anniversary of its annual celebration.
Highlights included a parade, free bean feed, and an evening street dance.
Martin Henderson, a member of the Elsmore Ruritan Club, tops off a pot full of beans with water. He and Max Ludlum are the two remaining charter members of the 52-year-old club.
