Locals had plenty of reasons to celebrate Friday. It was June 20, known locally as 620 Day and a chance to celebrate businesses in the 620 area code.
Friday was also the summer solstice, with a whopping 14 hours and 50 minutes of daylight in the longest day of the year. It sure felt like that Friday afternoon, with temperatures reaching the 90s.
