Allen Community College welcomed representatives from multiple universities during its annual College Transfer Day Thursday, giving students the chance to explore transfer options and plan for life after graduation.
Held in the Allen Student Center, the event featured transfer counselors from regional institutions, including Ottawa University and MidAmerica Nazarene University, who provided guidance on admissions, scholarships, and degree pathways. Students also had the opportunity to apply for graduation, meet with advisors, and enter prize drawings.
“Events like this highlight the flexibility and transferability of an Allen education,” said Nikki Peters, Director of Admissions at Allen Community College. “Our students can start here and seamlessly continue their academic journey at a four-year college or university.”
