Iola Elks celebrated Robert Hardwick, center, during a special Valentine’s Day meal Saturday. Hardwick, 89, is the oldest member of Lodge No. 569 and served as Exalted Ruler, 1968-69.
For years, Hardwick managed the Iola Register’s printing department in the building’s second floor.
