A field survey team will work along U.S. 169, just south of the U.S. 54 junction outside Iola.
The workers plan to begin a field survey to gather information for proposed pavement rehabilitation, the Kansas Department of Transportation announced in a press release.
The survey will start Monday near Minnesota Road and continue north about 2 ½ miles to the Nevada Road overpass.
A member of the survey crew will contact nearby property owners or tenants for permission to enter private property.
The survey should be completed by late March, according to KDOT.
