Jesse Folk Jr. and Kimberly Folk, Iola, announce the birth of a daughter, Blayke Jacquelyn, born Jan. 31, 2011, at Allen County Hospital. She weighed 7 pounds 10 ounces and was 19 inches long. She joins brothers, Brady, 9, Brigham, 4, and Baron, 2, and a sister, Britain, 7.
Maternal grandparents are Jerry and Jacquelyn Smith, and paternal grandparents are Jess and Sue Folk, all of Iola.
