Wayne and Ginger West announce the engagement of their daughter, Ember JoAnn, to Timothy Joseph Ottman. Their wedding is May 10, 2014, at the Chapel of Integrity Hills, Ridgedale, Mo. A reception will follow. A local reception will honor their marriage at the Wayne West farm, rural Colony.
Timothy is the son of Leslie and Patty Ottman, Grand Island, Neb. Ember is employed as a registered nurse at Allen County Regional Hospital. Tim drives a delivery truck for Gridley Countertops. After a honeymoon to the island of St. John, they will make their home in rural Le Roy.
