Jeffrey and Cherri Bauer, Gas, announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Kaitlyn Nicole, to Joseph Dewayne Stotler, son of Dewey and Kathy Stotler, Moran.
The bride-elect will graduate in May from Iola High School and is a sophomore at Allen County Community College. She plans to attend Fort Scott Community College’s School of Cosmetology.
The groom-to-be is a 2009 graduate of Marmaton Valley High School. He is employed by Gates Corporation.
The couple are planning an Aug. 6 wedding at Moran’s senior/community center. A reception will follow at the North Community Building in Iola. The couple will be at home in Gas.
