Thursdays Allen County Farmers Market, 5:30-7 p.m. in downtown Iola, will include a cooking demonstration on making a pasta salad with fresh market vegetables.
Around the Corner will have a booth selling both iced coffee and lemonade. Orders also will be accepted for salads and sandwiches.
The Saturday market runs from 8 to 11 a.m. Saturday in the Humboldt downtown square.
The Tuesday market runs from 1 to 4:30 p.m. at 700 N. State St. in Iola.
The Farmers Market accepts EBT and debit cards and participates in the Double Up Food Bucks Program.
