Thursday is Sunflower Member Day at the Allen County Farmers Market in downtown Iola.
Sunflower Health Plan KanCare members will receive a $10 voucher to purchase fruits and vegetables during Thursdays market, from 5:30 to 7 p.m. on the east side of the square. To receive a voucher, members must show their ID cards when they arrive.
The vouchers are valid Thursday only.
Farmers Market sessions also are planned from 8 to 11 a.m. in Humboldts downtown square, and from 1 to 4:30 p.m. next Tuesday at the parking lot at 700 N. State St.
Vendors at all three markets accept EBT, Debit cards and participate in the Double Up Food Bucks Program.
