Wrecks lead to citations
Iola police officers issued a pair of citations following separate accidents Friday.
On Friday morning, Henry Kessler was cited for inattentive driving after he reportedly struck a legally parked vehicle in the 1300 block of North Kentucky Street, officers said.
On Friday afternoon, officers cited Annemarie Kidwell for inattentive driving after she was involved in an accident in the 100 block of South State Street.

Iola officers arrested Koi Ginder for suspicion of theft and trespassing at Pump N Pete’s, 1700 East St., Sunday.
