Arrests reported
Iola police officers arrested Renee Harclerode, 59, Iola, for suspicion of trespassing after she was spotted at 217 North St. Monday.
Officers arrested Amanda Nixon Monday afternoon in the 500 block of Eisenhower Drive for a warrant.
Damonte Hines was arrested by officers Saturday for suspicion of trespassing at the Allen Community College campus in the 1800 block of North Cottonwood Street.
Allen County sheriff’s deputies arrested Nicholas S. Stover, 40, Iola, Jan. 27 at South Fourth Street in Iola for a warrant alleging aggravated assault.
Quentin J. Lee, 38, was arrested Jan. 26 by deputies in the 1000 block of South Harrison Street in LaHarpe for suspicion of battery.
Deputies arrested Tera M. Arnold, 40, rural Iola, at her residence Jan. 22 for a warrant related to permitting a dangerous animal to run at large charges.
Melissa K. Lowry, 44, Iola, was spotted by deputies in a vehicle on Campbell Street in Iola Jan. 22, where she was arrested for a failure to comply warrant out of Recovery Court, stemming from an original charge of possessing a controlled substance.
Deer hit, otherwise cause wrecks
Linday Drake told deputies Jan. 28 she swerved to miss a deer on Delaware Road west of Elsmore and struck a sign post.
Madelyn Proper struck a deer on Delaware Road Jan. 21 southwest of Humboldt.
George Hawley struck a deer on Georgia Road Jan. 20, just east of Humboldt.
None of the drivers was injured.
Parked struck hit
Deputies said Charity Cartright backed into an unoccupied truck owned by Quentin Lee, which was parked blocking her driveway at 1001 S. Harrison St. in LaHarpe.
