Allen County sheriff’s deputies arrested Matthew E. Troyer, 33, rural Iola, Thursday on a warrant alleging two violations of a protection order.
Bryce N. Saxon, 25, Tulsa, was arrested by sheriff’s deputies Wednesday for a warrant alleging failure to appear in court on a forgery charge.
Iola police officers arrested Christian Lindsey Thursday for suspicion of reckless driving at the intersection of East and Kansas streets in Iola.
Jessica L. Price, 38, Ottawa, was arrested Aug. 12 after deputies were called to the 300 block of West Franklin Street in Moran. Price was wanted on a warrant alleging failure to appear in court on traffic and animal control charges out of Ottawa.
Cavan B. Warran, 19, Yates Center, was arrested by deputies Aug. 11 on a failure-to-appear warrant related to a charge of possessing or consuming alcohol as a minor.
Deputies were called Aug. 9 to a residence three miles northwest of Moran. After a brief investigation, Katelynn M. Morgan, 22, Moran, was located in a vehicle and taken into custody for suspicion of assault.
Deputies arrested Devonte C. Head, 31, Exeter, Mo., Aug. 8, on a failure-to-appear charge in court to face a felony theft charge.
Brandon D. Rawlings, 39, Iola, was arrested by deputies Aug. 8 for a pair of probation revocation warrants.
Deputies arrested Craig Ackerman Aug. 6 for a warrant alleging failure to appear in court on charges of distributing a controlled substance, defacing identification marks on a firearm, unlawfully obtaining a prescription drug, possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Matthew E. Troyer, 33, rural Iola, was arrested Aug. 4 by deputies for suspicion of violating a protection order.
Deputies arrested Hailey R. Holland, 26, Newton, for a pair of warrants alleging failure to appear on charges of possessing methamphetamine and another controlled substance, possessing drug paraphernalia, providing false information and theft.
Sexual assault reported
Allen County sheriff’s deputies are investigating a reported sexual assault that occurred July 31 in Gas.
A suspect has been identified, deputies said.
