Mark and Kenna Chesnut, Springfield, Mo., welcomed their son, Wade Charles Chesnut, into the world at 1:06 a.m. Jan. 31, 2016.
Wade was born at Cox South Labor and Delivery Hospital in Springfield. He weighed 8 pounds, 11 ounces, and was 20.5 inches long.
Maternal grandparents are Kent and Susan Thompson, rural LaHarpe. Great-grandparents are the late Leon Thompson and Judy Thompson, LaHarpe, and Marilyn Wade, Iola, and the late James Wade. Paternal grandparents are Charles and Shirley Chesnut, Miami, Okla. Great-grandparents are the late Charles Chesnut and Mary Chesnut, Miami, and Peggy Murphy and the late Robert Murphy, Stillwater, Okla.
