ERIE An Erie woman has opened a business, Thyme, to help busy families provide a home cook meal on the fly, The Parsons Sun reported. Lisa Piersall cooks meals on the weekends, then packages them in microwave-safe dishes so people can heat them as needed for dinner or lunch.

PARSONS A corporate sponsor could allow higher-quality shows for Parsonss Music in the Park series, according to The Parsons Sun. A local industry and city officials discussed a corporate sponsorship to give the company naming rights for the concert series and could allow the city to book better quality shows.
