Iola Middle School’s art show runs from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday in the IMS commons area, where spectators can see various paintings, drawings, record and pop art and a number of clay sculptures. Spectators also may come during the school day, instructor Atkinson said. Among the artists displaying pieces are, from left, Mikaela Platt, Bayleigh Weide and Allyson Hobbs.
