Josh Honeycutt, former Iola standout in track and field, will compete at 6:45 p.m. Thursday in the triple jump preliminary round in the Olympic Trials.
The event will be televised on NBC Sports Network, channel 78 for Cox Cable subscribers, (channel 159 for Dish Network; channel 220 for DirecTV) and streamed online via the NBCSports.com app.
The finals are set for Saturday.
