Sean M. Baker, 26, Iola, will begin a 13-month prison sentence this month for his role in shooting a gun at a house last October.
Baker entered a plea agreement in May for one count of criminal discharge of a firearm into an occupied dwelling. As part of the agreement, charges of attempted first-degree murder and criminal damage to property were dismissed.
Baker will be subject to 12 months of post-release supervision. He also was fined a combined $5,676.14, including $5,485.64 in restitution.
