CHANUTE — The Third annual Kansas Works Job Fair Thursday will feature information from at least 44 area employers, including several from Allen County.
The event runs from 2 to 6 p.m. at the Chanute Recreation Center, 400 S. Highland St., and offers job-seekers the opportunity to meet, connect with and learn about several area businesses and industries.
Among the firms expected to take part are B&W Trailer Hitches, Gates Corporation, Monarch Cement, Sonic Equipment Company, Humboldt Virtual Education, Russell Stover Candies and Tramec Sloan.
