The Sugarplums will perform at 7 p.m. Dec. 18 at the Bowlus Fine Arts Center, replacing Merry Country Christmas.

A Christmas concert at the Bowlus Fine Arts Center will go on as planned, but with a new act.

The Sugarplums will replace Merry Country Christmas, after the group canceled its show because of scheduling issues related to ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

The show is planned for 7 p.m. Dec. 18.

The Sugarplums were the 2020 Winners of the Christmas Caroler Challenge, a national singing competition on CW Network.

Tickets to the Merry Country Christmas show will be accepted for The Sugarplums and seating assignments will not change.

Typically, the Bowlus has a policy of “no refunds” once a purchase has been made, and shows are always subject to change. However, since the COVID pandemic, if someone is unhappy with the change, the Bowlus will allow the following:

• Offer a credit refund for the total amount of the transactions to be applied toward a future purchase.

• Make an exchange to any other Bowlus Music Series Show.

• Donate the full value of your tickets to the Bowlus.

These options do not apply to season ticket holders.
