Barbara Ann Shoate, age 73, of Moran, passed away Thursday, Nov. 13, 2025, at St. Luke’s Hospital – Plaza, Kansas City, Mo. Barbara was born Jan. 24, 1952, in Wichita, to Raymond Rogers and Leona (Gerdsen) Rogers.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy.
Barbara is survived by her children, Sarah (Andrew) Alumbaugh and Adam Shoate; and siblings, Donald (Karen) Rogers and Michael Rogers.
A funeral service will be at 10 a.m., Saturday, Nov. 22, in the chapel at Feuerborn Family Funeral Service, 1883 US Highway 54, Iola.
Memorials are suggested to American Kidney Foundation, and may be left with Feuerborn Family Funeral Service.
