Beulabel Elliott Ray Watkins, 87, died Tuesday, May 10, 2011, at Everett Care & Rehabilitation in Everett, Wash.
She was born June 20, 1923, to Earl and Lena Elliott in Bronson. She lived in Portland Ore., until 2008 when she moved to Garden Court Retirement Community in Everett where she had made her home for the last three years.
She is survived by two nieces, Marilyn Matlock, Bremerton, Wash., Linda Carder, Everett, two nephews, Roger L. Elliott, Chanute, and Marvin L. Elliott, Silverdale, Wash., and several great- nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Roger E. Elliott, Chanute, husbands, Jesse S. Ray and Joseph Watkins, Portland.
Memorial services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Garden Court Retirement Community, 520-112th Street S.W., in Everett. Following the memorial the family will receive friends at Solie Funeral Home, 3301 Colby, Everett, from 3:30 to 4 p.m.
On Monday, the family will receive friends from 1 to 3 p.m. at Mount Scott Funeral Home, Mount Scott Blvd., Happy Valley, Ore. Graveside services will be at 3 p.m. Monday at Lincoln Memorial Park Cemetery, 11801 S.E. Mount Scott Blvd., Happy Valley.
