Charles R. Morris, 69, died Wednesday Sept. 6, 2017 in Harlingen, Texas.
He was the father of Jerry Morris, Humboldt.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Petersen Funeral Home Chapel in Newton. Visitation will be 5-9 p.m. Wednesday with the family receiving friends from 6:30 to 8 at the funeral home. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery in Newton.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Aurora House in Weslaco, Texas.
