Donald P. Funston, age 90, died Tuesday, Dec. 24, 2019, at Cappella of Grand Junction, Colo.
He was born Feb. 26, 1929 to Herbert Spencer and Susan Mary (Shapel) Funston in Iola.
He served in the U.S. Navy.
He married Maureen Ranger on June 2, 1956.
Survivors include his wife, Maureen, daughter Wendy White of Grand Junction, daughter Debra Funston of Palisade, son Dale Funston of Colorado Springs, and other relatives.
Services were Jan. 3 at First Presbyterian Church of Montrose.
