Doris E. (Lackey) Aley, 86, died Sunday, Oct. 23, 2016, in Scottsale, Ariz.
Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Nov. 11 at St. Clare of Assisi Church in Surprise, Ariz., Father Hans Ryugt officiating.
Cremation has taken place. Inurnment will be at Floral Hills in Raytown, Mo., at a later date.
Memorials are suggested to the American Cancer Society.
Doris was born Oct. 15, 1930, in Greeley.
She is survived by her daughter, Kara Aley and husband Charley Rowland, San Leandro, Calif.; a son, Mike Aley, Scottsdale; sisters, Jean Wilcox, Independence, Mo., Marilyn Moore, Louisville, Ky., and Linda Watson and husband Bob, Iola; and 11 nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, George, in 2006, and by her parents, Leo Lackey and Frances Lackey Brungardt.
