Glenda Lea Walter, 74, of Colony, died Sunday, April 26, 2026, at Allen County Regional Hospital, Iola. Glenda was born July 6, 1951, in Chanute, to Glen Staton and Leola (Crowder) Staton.
Glenda married Ronald Walter on Sept. 23, 1967, in Fort Scott.
He survives, as do daughters Cathy (Jerry) Dreher and Nita Walter.
A celebration of life will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, May 9, in The Venue at Feuerborn Family Funeral Service, Iola. Burial will follow in Welda Cemetery.
Memorials are suggested to Colony Fire & Rescue, and may be left with Feuerborn Family Funeral Service.
