Harold L. Boots, Sr., 91, died Sunday, June 9, 2013, in his home in Bartlesville, Okla.
Funeral services for Mr. Boots will be at 1:30 p.m. Thursday, at Feuerborn Family Funeral Service Chapel, 219 S. Oak St., in Garnett, with graveside Masonic and military services to follow at the family plot in the Garnett cemetery. Dr. Kevin Tully, of First United Methodist Church of Bartlesville, will officiate.
Harold grew up on a farm west of Garnett. His wife, Dorothy Alberta Mae Evans, was also raised near Garnett. They were married July 18, 1942, in Iola at the Wesleyan Methodist Church.
