Funeral services for John David Jesmore of Iola, whose death on Tuesday was reported in Wednesday’s Register, will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Guest Home Estates, 1336 N. Walnut, in Iola. Chaplain Lloyd W. Houk will officiate. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery in Iola.
He was born Nov. 4, 1959, in Olathe, to David L. and Nancy (Kelly) Jesmore. He graduated from Shawnee Mission Northwest High School.
John had been a resident at Guest Home Estates and Iola Nursing Center since 1984.
He is survived by his parents, David and Nancy Jesmore, Mission; and two brothers, James, Kansas City, Mo., and Jeffrey, Fort Hood, Texas.
