Larry Tarter, 68, passed away Wednesday, Sept. 21, 2022, in Wichita.
He was born in Fredonia and attended Yates Center High School. He recently retired from Russell Stover Chocolates. Larry was preceded in death by his parents, Enos and LaVonne Tarter, a sister, Shirley Shultz, and a brother, Jim Tarter.
Larry had a sweet, gentle, big heart and always helped anyone in need.
