Richard Lynn Burton, 73, of Iola, died Tuesday, Oct. 22, 2025.
Richard was born July 17, 1952, to Richard “Dick” Bartlett and Sarah “Sadie” (Sorenson) Burton. He was later adopted and raised by Lyle Burton.
He was preceded in death by son, Robert Burton.
He is survived by his children, Rick Burton of Arkansas, Paul Burton (Linette) of Iola, Ginger Burton (Kenny) of Iola, and Mark Burton of Iola.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 29, at Feuerborn Family Funeral Service, Iola. Burial will follow at the Mapleton Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to Wings of Warriors and left in the care of the funeral home.
