Richard Lee Mullins, 74, Rantoul, passed away on Tuesday, July 9, 2013, at Ransom Memorial Hospital, Ottawa.
Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m., Friday, at Feuerborn Family Funeral Service Chapel in Garnett, burial to follow in the Mont Ida Cemetery. Visitation is from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home in Garnett.
Memorial contributions may be made to Power of the Past Association.
