Dear editor,
Trash blowing around is not limited to the Allen County Landfill.
Willful dumping of beer and pop cans, twine, papers, furniture on country roads has long been an eyesore.
I know. I pick up such trash.
At least people have not dumped any furniture lately.
Litter is a black eye for Allen County.
At one time no littering signs were posted along highways, including accompanying fines.
It infuriates me that no one seems to care.
