Dear editor,
Thankfully, we will have a woman at the helm in Topeka.
Hopefully, the legislators will give Gov.-elect Laura Kelly a big enough shovel to clean up their mess. Sadly, she is facing a hostile legislature that will fight her on everything.
I really wish Mike Pence could get his hands on the reins in Washington. He has such a calm and reassuring way of speaking, opposed to the bull-in-the-china-shop President Trump. It will never happen.
Trying to impeach a president is such an expensive, useless thing. The best we can hope for is a permanent case of laryngitis. That will never happen either, but we can dream, cant we?
