Crest looks to bounce back against Pleansanton

After a hot start to the year, the Crest Lady Lancers are in their first losing streak of season after falling in Tuesday's contest against Lyndon.

The Crest Lady Lancers fell to the Lyndon Tigers, 50-39, Tuesday.

With the loss, the Lady Lancers fell to 11-3 overall. 

They head on the road Thursday to face Three Rivers League foe Pleasanton.

The Lady Lancers were in a slugfest for three quarters but could not maintain their momentum in the fourth quarter as Lyndon pulled away.
Senior guard Aylee Beckmon scored a team-leading 15 points, followed by sophomore forward Summer Valentine with 9 points, then junior guard Jayce Schmidt with 7 points on a pair of 3-pointers and a free-throw.

Senior guard Kaelin Nilges was also successful beyond the arc with 6 points on a pair of 3-pointers, then senior forward had 2 points on a pair of free throws.

The Lady Lancers remain 6-1 in Three Rivers League play. Tip-off Thursday is at 6 p.m.
