Winter’s first significant snow fall ended the Iola Middle School boys’ basketball season. The Pony teams were scheduled to play at Pittsburg Community Middle School Monday but the games were canceled because of the wintry weather. In a home game earlier this season, Iola Middle School eight-graders Keanan Badders (33) and Colby Works (10) battle with an opponent for a rebound.
Games canceled. Season ends.
