The Allen Community College Red Devils women’s soccer team wrapped up the week on a high note after blasting Southeast Community College 8-0 Saturday.
After falling to Johnson County earlier that week, the Red Devils may have taken out a bit of frustration on the Lady Bobcats as sophomore striker Charlotte Gatehouse racked up a hat trick, followed by fellow sophomore striker Jillian Muehlberger with two goals. Freshman Maria Diaz Gomes-Pompa and freshman Emily Douglas had one goal each.
The Red Devils hope to pick up their first Jayhawk Conference victory Wednesday against the Kansas City Kansas Blue Devils. Kickoff is at 5 p.m.
