It was a rough night for the Lady Cubs on Tuesday as Humboldt went 0-2 at home, falling to Olathe Metro and league foe Erie.
Humboldt fell 2-1 to Erie (25-18, 22-25, 19-25).
“We fought hard the first set against Erie, but we let this one slip away late and could not get anything going,” head coach Terry Meadows said.
The Lady Cubs then fell 0-2 to Olathe Metro (15-25, 25-27).
Humboldt will be back in action next Tuesday at Neodesha where they’ll take on the Lady Blue Streaks and Caney Valley.
