HUMBOLDT — Humboldt Speedway will host area racecar drivers Saturday for its annual play day.
The event offers drivers a chance to test out their cards before the 2012 racing season kicks off the following weekend.
Racing runs from 12:30 to 4:30 p.m. If rain cancels, it will be held Sunday at the same time.
There is no admission charge to watch from the grandstands; pit passes cost $10.
The racing season kicks off with a blast this year.
The USMTS races run March 16 and 17. The Second King of America Race follows March 28-31.
