The Allen County Community College women’s soccer team opened up their season with a shut-out win over Metropolitan Community College-Blue River on the road on Monday.
Freshman Hailey Gonzalez hit the go-ahead unassisted goal at the 83.16 mark.
Fellow freshman Morgan Cossairt gets credited with the shutout playing the full 90 minutes and recording three saves.
The Lady Red Devils will continue their road stand this Friday when they take on St. Louis Community College at 2 p.m.
