The Marmaton Valley High School cross country team competed in the 1A regional on Saturday in Mound City.
The varsity girls team finished in fifth place with 62 total points. Shelby Yoho will be representing Marmaton Valley at the state meet Saturday in Wamego.
She will run at 1 p.m.
St. Paul won the race with a score of 36.
