MORAN — Marmaton Valley Junior High’s boys basketball team split a doubleheader Monday against Northeast Junior High of Arma.
The B team defeated Arma 26-18. Gage Adams led Marmaton Valley with 10 points, followed by Brady Newman with six.
In A team action, Northeast pulled out a 49-36 win. Trent Johnson scored 13 to lead Marmaton Valley. Shawn Frye added 11 and Kohl Endicott nine.
Marmaton Valley travels to Pleasanton Thursday.
