GARNETT — Marmaton Valley Junior High girls lost the A-team contest with host Westphalia 32-26 Monday.
Mackenzie Tynon led the Wildcats with 18 points. Tessa Olson added four points. Emily Boyd scored two while Cheyenne English and Kyla Drake each had one point.
In a two-quarter B-team game, Marmaton Valley beat Westphalia 20-12. The Wildcats got nine points from Drake and seven from Mariah Root.
Brooklyn Newman and Molly Hamlin each had two points.
