Red Devil soccer teams lose on Texas trip

DALLAS, Texas — Allen County Community College’s soccer teams played three more games in Dallas, Texas, over the weekend.
On Friday, the Red Devil women lost 9-0 to Western Texas as Chelsea Reynolds made 20 saves in goal.
The ACCC men lost 8-1 to Western Texas as Kyle Pilant scored off a pass from Sam Travis. Zack Hanks made 15 saves.
Allen County’s men played Tyler (Texas) and lost 6-0. Zack Hanks made 20 saves in goal and Christian Rodriguez had 12 saves.
Following the Texas trip, the ACCC women are 4-10 overall and 3-7 in Jayhawk Conference play and the men are 4-9-1 overall and 3-5-1 in conference action.
The Red Devil teams host Barton County Thursday  in a conference doubleheader. The women’s game is at 2 p.m. followed by the men at 4 p.m.
