SALINA — Allen Community College’s golf team dealt with a little bit of everything Tuesday and Wednesday on the golf course.
“The tournament was placed in difficult weather conditions,” ACC coach Mike Hayes said. “We had a strong north wind, temperatures in the low 40s and periods of sleet and snow.”
The Red Devils finished with a team score of 629.
“Our goal is to have four scores in the 70s,” Hayes said. “We had three scores in the 70s in the second round. We continue to work hard and improve.”
The Red Devils compete Sunday and Monday in Emporia.
