Iola High baseball fans need to know that Spring Hill High School is not in the town of Spring Hill. The Mustangs play in the Kansas Class 4A Regional Baseball Tournament Monday and Tuesday at SHHS.
The school is located at 19701 Ridgeview Rd. and the baseball field is on the southeast side of the high school. Parking is in the main parking lot and fans have to walk to the field.
Also on Monday, Iola High’s Fillies play their opening-round game of the Kansas Class 4A Softball Regional at Fort Scott. The Fort Scott softball field is at Sixth and Main, which is north of the football field and swimming pool.
