The Crest High School Lancers’ season came to an end in the first round of the Kansas High School Activities Association playoffs.
The Lancers fell to top-seed Rural Vista of White City 51-0 Thursday, and end their season 1-8.
Injuries seemed the biggest factor in Crest’s downfall. Considering the Lancers graduate three players from their 17-man roster, they should return stronger than their 2025 counterparts.
