HUMBOLDT — Scott Stuart cut through the windy conditions of Friday night’s races at Humboldt Speedway on his way to a factory stock feature victory.

Stuart notched the win in front of Derek Yocham. Derrek Wilson ran third, followed by Tim Phillips and Brandon Weide.

Tyler Kidwell earned another feature trophy in the Speedway’s pure stock division. Coming from the seventh spot, Levi Phillips finished second.

Jarrid Johnson, a rookie, drove through the field to end up third. Derek Michael was fourth and Dakota Hufferd came in fifth.

Speaking of rookies, Trevor Hunt is making a name for himself in the USRA B-Mod division. He won at Humboldt in March’s USMTS King of America.

Hunt, who is 13, put together a wire-to-wire win Friday night in the B-Mods. Jimmie Davis and Jeremy Chambers battled it out for second with Davis taking the runner-up spot.

Jack Simmons finished in fourth. Riley Whitworth rounded out the top five in the B-Mods.

Out of retirement, Rodney Sigg returned to the USRA modified winners’ circle. Randy Zimmerman got the edge on John Allen for second place.

Tanner Mullens survived a crash to come back to take fourth. Brian Bolin was fifth.

Kansas City’s Bobby Layne captured the win in the Midwest Outlaw Lightning Sprints special feature Friday night.

The OCRS sprint cars come to the Speedway this Friday along with the regular show.
