ARMA — An offensive night as cold as the weather did in Marmaton Valley High’s girls Tuesday.
The Wildcats had only seven points by halftime of a 53-23 loss to host Northeast-Arma.
Kaitlin Ensminger scored eight, while Ashlynn Pinkerton scored six and Emily Meiwes five for Marmaton Valley. Misty Storrer and Brooklyn Newman had two apiece.
Northeast led 15-5 after one quarter, 29-7 at halftime and 47-16 by the end of the third period.
Kaylee Bogina scored 17 for the Vikings.
Marmaton Valley hosts Altoona-Midway Thursday before traveling to Southern Coffey County on Friday.
