Pastor Chase Riebel took his message “Not Ashamed of the Privilege” from Romans 1. In Romans 1:16, Paul says, “For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of salvation for everyone who believes.”
We are privileged to get to tell others what God has done for us and how beautiful are the feet of the messenger who brings good news.
Darren McGhee’s communion meditation was “Engagement.” We are responsible for actively engaging with Christ. When we are fully engaged, He will give us peace during times of trouble.

A National Day of Prayer will be observed on May 7. Colony Christian Church will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. for anyone who wants to stop by and spend time in prayer that day.
