GRIDLEY — Crest Middle School’s boys basketball team opened the 2012 season Monday with a 31-18 loss to Southern Coffey County.
Crest was led by Gage Adams, who scored six points, followed by Carter Messenger with five and Nate Berry with four. Blake Ashmore scored two points.
